AUXILIARY TO THE NATIONAL MEDICAL ASSOCIATION, INC.

Organized in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1936
Founder
Mrs. Alma Wells Givens Incorporated in Washington, DC July 26, 1977

PURPOSE
To operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes in the area of health care. In furtherance of these purposes, the corporation will work to create a greater interest in the National Medical Association, and serve the public in matters of sanitation and health; to develop and promote a National Auxiliary Program on Health Education and Legislation.
